Insurance Policy

At Thrive Healing and Performance we achieve exceptional results with our patients because we only have one boss – You. We are a fee-for-service provider allowing us the freedom to provide one-to-one care and offer customized, tailor-fit treatment plans and programs with no outside influence. 

We are considered “out-of-network” with all insurance companies and are happy to provide our patients with a “superbill”. This includes all the information (diagnosis and treatment codes, fees, etc) your insurance company needs to reimburse you directly. To find out about your out-of-network benefits, call the customer service number on your insurance card.

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) the “superbill” will also validate your expenses in our office as healthcare-related to those entities. Payment for each visit is required at the time of service. 

Medicare: We do accept Medicare as a “non-participating physician.” This means that we collect the full amount of your visit charges at the time of service and then send in your Medicare billing for you. Medicare and your secondary insurance policy (if you have one in place) will then reimburse you, based on the details of your health coverage, by sending a check directly to you. 

We provide our House Call Services in the following areas of Monmouth County: Red Bank, Rumson, Long Branch, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Lincroft, Middletown, Sea Bright, Monmouth Beach, Oceanport.

Arrangements can also be made for services in North Jersey and Staten Island with Dr. Janine.
